Why did you want to intern with the TRC?

I wanted to intern with the TRC to gain experience with a real project and all of my professors spoke very highly of the TRC!
How has working at the TRC prepared you for your career and what have you learned?
I think that working at the TRC has prepared me for my future career by showing me a glimpse into the research side of things and working with a team who all have the same end goal in mind. I have learned how to read through documents and identify key information more efficiently as well as important time management skills.
What are your postgrad plans?
I plan to go to the Clinton School of Public Service for graduate school and I aim to focus my studies on resources for issues like human trafficking and domestic violence (both domestically and internationally).
What advice do you have for future interns?
Have fun with it! The TRC is a super good opportunity with amazing teammates and team managers.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about me is that I can play the viola!
