About ATSCoRR
In 2018, the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) funded a three-year, $731,000 project dedicated to the creation of the American Terrorism Court Record Repository (ATSCoRR). The web-based platform, developed in collaboration with the Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies at the University of Arkansas, allows end users to query the ATS database, including cases, defendants, and criminal counts. ATSCoRR also serves as an archive of associated court records, many of which predate the online PACER system.
Use of ATSCoRR is restricted to law enforcement, members of the intelligence community and other government agencies (including US Attorneys Offices), and select NIJ-funded researchers.
Registration request instructions can be found in the ATSCoRR User Guide. You can also learn more about NIJ’s domestic radicalization and terrorism research portfolio here.
